Low Fat, Low Cholesterol Diet


  1. Maintain ideal body weight.
  2. Eat less greasy foods.
  3. Avoid egg yolk, organ meats, caviar.
  4. Reduce animal fat (eard, butter) and coconut oil.
  5. Select skim milk, instead of whole milk.
  6. Select fiber rich foods, such as fruits, and vegetables.
  7. Increase activity level.
