研究興趣
探討台灣家族性腦中風年輕型腦中風的病因,發展急性到亞急性中風的創新及最佳治療以促進功能恢復,利用次世代全基因定序精準診斷腦血管遺傳性危險因子;頸動脈及顱內動脈狹窄的藥物和介入再灌流治療; 非侵入性經顱神經刺激術對中風後運動恢復的影響等。另外以動物的中風模型探討成年大腦的神經新生及神經發炎、和移植人類神經幹細胞治療的效果及機制
