- Applicants must be healthy and keep good performance records at their own institution or school.
- Fluency in Mandarin is preferred, especially speaking and comprehension.
- Generally, the students for the last year in pharmacy school are preferred to apply the training program. Applicants should have achieved the required years of courses equivalent to our local counterpart of courses before applying for training program according to our national policy.
- A completed application form
- Copy of passport
- Copy of student ID card (both sides with valid date) or any studentship certificate with dates and stamp
- Letter of recommendation from Dean or faculty of the school
- Curriculum vitae
- Performance records or transcript
- The normal chest X-ray report signed or stamped by a physician. It must be done in 90 days prior to the start or reporting date of your elective revealing no suspicion of Tuberculosis (TB)
