During the "Fostering Happiness and Prosperity" era, Director Chen took on great responsibilities and continuously pondered on how to create a beautiful and warm workplace at Taipei Veterans General Hospital (VGH). One of the "Five Excellences" proposed was to take care of colleagues and express gratitude to the employees who silently dedicate themselves. Starting from the Year of the Rabbit, the Deputy Director of Administration would personally visit and congratulate female colleagues or male colleagues' spouses who give birth within the hospital, presenting them with a small gift of NT$2,000, sharing the joy with colleagues, and hoping that everyone would strive to increase productivity for the country.

In the "Leap into the New Journey" of the spring, accompanied by the birth of adorable babies among colleagues, the concept of taking care of colleagues was further solidified in the hearts of Taipei VGH employees.

Congratulations to our dear colleagues, the medical teams of the Obstetrics and Gynecology Department and the Neonatology Department at Taipei VGH. They will surely work together to take care of mothers and babies, allowing the warm and cozy atmosphere of Taipei VGH to continue spreading throughout the hospital.
