鍾芷萍醫師是國立陽明大學醫學系教授和台北榮民總醫院神經內科的主治醫師。後取得國立陽明大學臨床醫學研究所博士與美國波士頓哈佛醫學院的博士後研究。她的研究興趣在腦血管疾病，尤其是腦部小血管疾病，腦血管剝離與腦靜脈疾病的機轉。
