Syncor Molecular Imaging Center

The Syncor Molecular Imaging Center of the Nuclear Medicine Department began operating in September of 2002, equipped with the most advanced PET system. The main purpose of this center is for cancer screening and treatment planning, treatment follow-up, assessment of coronary artery disease and differential diagnosis of dementia, among others.
